For example, we represented several Hungarian banks and borrowers in connection with credit facilities in conjunction with the financing for the construction and development of various commercial real estate complexes and hotels as well as advised on the related collateral structure. We also advised foreign and domestic financial institutions in all kinds of cross-border financings including acquisition and real estate finance.
