Thus, we have the unrivalled practical experience necessary to execute real estate transactions in accordance with the client's timing requirements, while supporting the client through our in-depth advising on the relevant legal issues, which is provided primarily by experienced Hungarian and, when required, foreign legal advisors, specialising in the relevant practice.

We draft and negotiate all documentation necessary to a particular real estate transaction from structuring the participating entities to preparing the required agreements and opinions.
